exhaustion..yeah it sucks

so my throat is sore, my voice is shot, my nose is stuffy, and my kidney’s hurt like hell…but I still worked 11 hours today in Westport…and in 13 hours, I’m gonna work a 9 hour shift…bringing my total to about 50 hours this week…Im gonna shower and go for some sushi…til later

blah….but at least it’s money

Well about 7 hours ago, before I went to work, I wrote a blog on how I was looking forward to having tomorrow off…today at work my boss called me. Apparently our location in Westport needs me tomorrow. Seeing as it’s a 45 minute drive, I will be picked up at around 7:30 tomorrow morning, and work til around 7:30 tomorrow night…THANK GOD my boss gave me approval to leave at 3 today, since I feel like crap…

Right now I’m gonna take a nap, then hopefully go for sushi tonight if I feel better….Hmm I think now all the hours I’ve worked this week, that next weeks check will cover the cost of tickets for the concert I’ve been talking about…

Working, concerts, and search engine lookup’s

So I haven’t written nearly as much as I want to lately, because I’ve been busy working…and now I’m sick with a mix of what my coworkers have been sick with this week. Just Great!, but Im still working 9:30-5 today, I have off tomorrow ; )

I notice on my dashboard that people have been finding my blog, by looking up my name on search engines, which is kinda cool, but at the same time creepy as fuck. I guess all I can say is welcome to the madness of my life, and if I know you, this’ll give you a chance to get more in-depth.

Um, what else?…I’m pretty damn stoked about the 3 Doors Down, Staind and Hinder concert, which is exactly 3 weeks from today, and even though I haven’t purchased tickets yes, I WILL NOT MISS THIS SHOW…come hell or high water.

So today I pretty much have planned out…work, nap, shopping at Wal*Mart, sushi, (bar-if someone cant go to the movies :/  ) , sleep…then tomorrow, just relaxing at the beach.

So there’s this girl who works at the sushi place I go to, and finally a few weeks ago I mustered up enough courage to ask her to a concert…she said yes…But I don’t wanna get tickets until she totally commit’s to going…I’m thinking about getting Pit tickets (WAAAY up close) for 3 Doors Down, Staind and Hinder…but they’re $70-$100 each….. meh

wow..that was fast!!!

So 4 days ago or so I requested paperwork for my works….and I JUST got them!
woot…Im too exhausted to read over the paperwork now..trust me I tried and it hurts my head lol.
But I’ll look over them tonight at dinner once I get out of work, and have them in the mail on Monday.

update on my lyrics…

So yesterday I talked with my friend, Nicole Frechette, (a very talented country singer) who helped me out big-time getting my lyrics out there. She had me look into joining ASCAP, or BMI so that if someone performs them, I get the royalties. So right now I’m just waiting on some forms to be sent, so I can fill then out and get the train rolling on my career as songwriter. Hopefully on Friday I’ll get around to finishing up some of my incomplete lyrics. I look forward to updating you on my journey each step of the way…

Other than that, I’m pretty stoked that the Celtic’s won the NBA Championship, proving that Boston is the City Of Champions. Since 2000 the Patriots have won 3 Super Bowls, the Celtic’s have won 1 NBA Championship…and my team, the Red Sox have won 2 World Series… It’s a good time to be a Boston fan.

Life is full of suprises…and God has a sense of humor

So this week has been full of suprises, but today shows how weird life is.
I had just picked up my check and cashed it, and wanted my father to drive me home, instead he dropped me off in the center of town so he could save some gas money…to spite him (he hates it when I spend money) I went to the Card Shop and then for sushi..as I was waiting just who happens to walk in…Ms. Nicole Frechette, fresh off her appearance on WTNH ( http://www.wtnh.com/Global/category.asp?C=61191 )
We talked for a bit…and I /was/ going to have some people over tomorrow night for the festival and a cookout…but my boss JUST called me and now I work 11-9:30 so who knows…

Also last night/ today I started new lyrics that I hope you’ll all like…they kinda have a country feel to it…

Well last night I only got around 6 hours of sleep, and I woke up at 9:15…I had to be in at 9:30 and I made it…but everything went wrong…computer problems, mailing problems, and it was like 95 degrees…I stayed an extra hour, but when I realized I was nowhere near done with the one major thing (aside from smaller things) I had to do…I decided to go home, and relax  where I am now. I know my boss will most likely chew me out for not finishing, but we tried printing this thing for me…and it wouldn’t work until about 2:30ish…and then I helped a ton of customers.

Tomorrow I work 9:30-1:30, then 6-inbetween 12 and 3am…INVENTORY…trust me it sucks alreeady.

Also I don’t know how or why, but a link to my blog is being passed around in emails from Sewanee college and yahoo mail…yay for new readers.

I might be back online later, but now I’m going to lay down and relax.
